Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
  • Items damaged through misuse.
  • Final-sale or clearance items.

Free Returns

Returns are free for orders within the United States. To start a return, email us at support@zephirunderwear.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email support@zephirunderwear.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
